CVS FEI Review

I. COMPANY

CVS Diversity Statement
"CVS Health serves millions of people every day. For our company to thrive, it’s important to have a workforce that reflects not only our customers, but also the communities they live in. We work hard to develop a diverse workforce and provide a workplace that empowers all of our colleagues, regardless of their age, ethnicity and background. Our strategic approach to managing diversity touches every aspect of our business: Workforce Representation—reflecting the demographics of our communities; Colleague Engagement—creating and sustaining a culture of inclusion for our colleagues; Marketplace Diversity—offering products and services for all of our customers, patients and communities. Our continued success depends on the full participation of all qualified persons regardless of age, gender, gender identity or expression, marital status, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, military status, disability or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. It is our policy to recruit, hire, train, develop and promote the best people available, based solely upon job-related qualifications." Read More...
