Testimonial Tuesday: From a Bride-to-Be

By Shea Northcut

As a bride-to-be for this upcoming June, I am starting to think about places to register for my big day.

There are many companies to choose from when deciding on where to do a bridal registry.

With an estimated 2.1 million marriages to happen in the United States this upcoming year, I am realizing more and more the importance of being thoughtful in choosing where to have my closest friends and family spend their money when purchasing wedding gifts. In fact, guests spend an average of $6.9 billion annually on gifts, according toThe Wedding Report.

Between fine china, every day dinnerware and flatware, decorations, furniture and other items, there are a variety of places to shop for your wish list. This list offers some quick tips on the Top 10 things to do when registering.

As great as other tips may be, it has been a recent conviction of mine to consider companies that actually support my Christian perspective. Yes, I realize the limited amount of truly faith-friendly options, but I also know that some companies align more with my values than others.
